What is your cancellation policy?

  • Full refund if cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the tour.
  • 50% refund if cancelled between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the tour.
  • No refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the tour or if the guest fails to show up.

What should I bring?

  • Comfortable shoes! Most of our tours involve some degree of walking, but ALL of our tours involve at least 2 hours of being outside.
